Our Workshop department is now open from 09:00 – 18:00 Tuesday to Saturday. Closed Sunday. and Mandays.

The service department will be operational for all activities including servicing, MOT, fault diagnosis, rectification, and warranty work. We are offering a contactless service for all workshop jobs but please specify this at point of booking. Otherwise, please use hand sanitiser on store entry and we will sterilise your keys and handlebars.

We do however ask you to respect the safety of all our staff and customers.

At first, we will only have a limited number of staff instore, so please bear with us as it may take a little longer than usual to be served, have your call answered, or forms and e-mails replied to.

We’re going to take a commonsense approach to customer numbers in store and ask that we all show respect to each other. At peak times, we may have to limit the number of customers in store.

Thank you for your continued support of Streetbike.

Alex Hogg : General Manager.

Bikes are not like cars – they’re personal…

That’s why when you hand over your baby to us – we’ll treat it like our own.

These are the guys that will take care of your bike. From left to right we have: Karl Ball (Technician), Callum Steadman (Technician), Keith Ball (Workshop Manager), Dave Parry (MOT Manager), Brandon Pitt (Technician)

Between them, this passionate multi-factory manufacturer trained technical team have over 60 years of experience.

Our Chief Technician Keith Ball belongs to the elite ranks of Suzuki Master Technicians – there are only 10 in the whole of the UK and one of them works directly for Suzuki UK !! Between them the guys have so many Training Course Pass certificates that we haven’t got a wall big enough to put them on and we continue to invest in our techs, adding to their ranks as needed and bringing on apprentices too.

When you entrust your baby to us, be it for a simple MOT or a full service with complete rebuild, we want you to have a great experience. From Roger and Keith’s efficiency, to a quality courtesy bike and absolute confidence in your serviced bike when you get it back from us.
